     Kriti scored 84%, opted for Science stream and Shruti scored 80% and opted for Arts. The parents were happy with Kriti's decision but frowned on Shruti's decision of opting for Arts. But soon smiled together as Shruti revealed her plans of doing IAS(Indian Administrative Service) after graduation. Kriti, as expected explained that she wanted to become a MD doctor. And then the rat race began...

     Life became a lot bigger with new friends, free atmosphere, new dreams and new subjects to study. One month later, all the students of the college were invited in the auditorium for attending the speech by motivational speaker Dr. P J Sawant. After one hour the session ended with him thanking the audience- "bright people". The students were so engrossed that there was pin-drop silence and a huge applause after the speech ended. All the students became more focused and ambitious after the session. College life is great if you imbibe what is right and suitable to you from the very vast amounts of knowledge available.
     Shruti's best friend in college was Sulakshana, an expert cook. Any body who ate the food cooked by her would never eat outside. She was born to teach the world what cooking was all about. After three months of sharing the tiffin with her, Shruti herself began to learn the art by inviting the later to come home on sundays and teach her to cook. Kriti's best friend was Namita, a makeup and hair expert. Namita's mother Devika ran a posh state of the art beauty parlour. Lone child Namita learnt the entire art from her. There were nearly 285 clicked photos of the makeup, hairstyles and haircuts done by she herself which she showed very proudly to all the girls in her class. They were all amazed by her expertise. Within no time even Kriti enrolled in a good branded makeup class and within 8 months was an expert in all types of makeup. As soon as she was sure of herself, she purchased two ebooks about 'skin and hair care by Devika Mane' and 'Mehendi designs: from beginings to expertise by Devika Mane' from Amazon, about which Namita had told her and ended the course. The ebooks were very good guides as they covered all the details in a meticulous and step by step manner.
     The wedding anniversary of Yashomati-Madhav fell on a Saturday.

Laxmi had recovered and discharged from the hospital, but two weeks later she was shot on the head and killed by unknown men who had covered their face. The information and broadcasting minister Mr Abhay Shanbhag called up Mr Abhijeet Salunke, the man himself and expressed his anger, calling it irresponsible journalism.
